Craniosacral Therapy

One hour is the standard treatment length for a Craniosacral session, and gives us enough time for a brief check-in, a full treatment, and a few moments to process afterwards.

A 75 minute session is ideal for new clients or those who prefer more spaciousness in the session.

For those seeking more support, a 90 minute session gives the client more space to deepen into the healing state, and allows more time for sharing and processing.
New CST Clients: Please consider booking a 75- or 90-minute session so we have enough time to orient to the work we hope to do in session.
Lymphatic Drainage

A standard session for Lymphatic support. Vodder-style Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) on the front body & face, abdominal massage, and a few minutes of Craniosacral therapy to close. Includes castor oil + heat therapy on the abdomen for additional detox support.
Lymphatic + Craniosacral

A longer session for deeper physical and emotional support. This treatment consists of a full Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment and about 30 minutes of Craniosacral therapy.
All tips/gratuity included.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your session, I request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your session time, either through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting me. For emergencies or illness, late cancellations may be an option on a case by case basis. Otherwise, if cancelled within 24 hours of your session time, or in the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
Please text me if you are running late. If you arrive up to 20 minutes late, we will use the remaining time left in your scheduled session. After 20 minutes, I will consider it a no-show and the full session fee will be charged. Due to the nature of my schedule, I am not able to extend sessions beyond their originally allocated end time.
I require a card on file to book your appointment. Payment is due at the time of your session. I accept credit/debit, cash, Apple Pay, or Venmo.
You will be asked to fill out an intake form during the booking process. This form can also be accessed from your confirmation email, so feel free to fill it out after booking. Filling out the intake form ahead of time will give us more time on the table during your session.
Fragrance & Chemical Sensitivities
It is my deepest intention for my treatment room to be a healing and safe space for all. I kindly request that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne to your session, as I and many of the clients I work with are sensitive to fragrance.
I use all non-toxic and fragrance-free cleaning products and detergent in my space. I may use organic essential oils in session as indicated or desired, unless requested otherwise.
